Homecare’s Young Carers scheme was set up to try and match clients with a Carer of similar age who may have the same interests as the client to enable them to be able to pursue hobbies and interests they enjoy with a carer who has similar interests, whilst still being cared for safely. care at home.

Emergency care for children (typically 8–17 years) in acute emotional or behavioural crisis.
We deploy within 24–48 hours and deliver:
- Neurodiverse-informed 1:1 or 2:1 care
- Crisis de-escalation and stabilisation
- Liaison with CAMHS, social care, and education
- Transition planning and reintegration support
This service is vital for A&E avoidance, hospital step-downs, or placement disruption recovery.
